    Includes:

    • Ongoing dose adjustments based on symptoms and labs
    • Lab review and clinical interpretation
    • Structured follow-ups

    Medication is billed separately. Most patients pend $300-$550 per month total depending on labs and medication.

  • Weight & metabolic optimization program

    $349/month

    Medically supervised program focused on sustainable fat loss and metabolic health.

    Includes:
    • Physician oversight of GLP-1 therapy when appropriate
    • Safe dose titration and monitoring
    • Metabolic strategy targeting insulin resistance and appetite control
    • Ongoing adjustments based on progress

    One prescription for medication is included (GLP-1). Extra medications and labs will be billed separately.

    Your foundation for modern primary care-focused on prevention, lifestyle, and longterm health.

    Includes:
    • Includes up to 3 visits per year for routine and follow up care
    • Unlimited messaging
